EMBRACING TECHNOLOGY AND SHARING KNOWLEDGE WITH THE COMMUNITY
Google Student Ambassador is an initiative launched by Google to cultivate a community of university students who lead the way in technology adoption and innovation. In 2026, the programme focuses on the artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem, particularly Google AI tools such as Gemini, while also emphasising leadership development, event organisation, and community engagement.
Beyond gaining exposure to emerging technologies, Student Ambassadors serve as knowledge-sharing advocates by organising hands-on activities and helping fellow students apply AI to their studies, research, and creative projects. Through these initiatives, they contribute to fostering a culture of proactive learning and responsible technology use within the university environment.
According to Google, activities organised through the Google Student Ambassador network have helped provide technology and AI training and knowledge-sharing opportunities to more than 32,000 university students. The programme also enables selected ambassadors to strengthen their personal and professional capabilities through practical experiences and connections with Google's technology ecosystem.
HSB – A LAUNCHPAD FOR GLOBAL AMBITIONS
At HSB, education goes beyond providing specialised knowledge. The School places strong emphasis on developing independent thinking, management capabilities, adaptability, and an innovative mindset. Its dynamic learning environment, interdisciplinary approach, academic activities, practical experiences, and international connections create opportunities for students to discover their strengths, realise their potential, and proactively pursue new avenues for growth.
As artificial intelligence continues to transform how people learn, conduct research, and operate across the economy, HSB encourages students to continuously expand their knowledge, master emerging technologies, and prepare for international integration. The selection of four HSB students for the Google Student Ambassador network represents a positive achievement, demonstrating that HSB students can confidently showcase their abilities in internationally connected technology communities and competitive selection programmes.
From HSB classrooms to Google's technology network, the journeys of these four students demonstrate the opportunities that emerge when young people are equipped with knowledge, encouraged to pursue their ambitions, and empowered to embrace new challenges. HSB aspires to be a launchpad where every student not only grows academically and personally but also develops the confidence and capabilities to step onto the global stage, create meaningful value, and reach new heights.
