On June 20, 21, and 22, 2026, the Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB) – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ĐHQGHN) successfully organized the thesis and graduation project defense sessions for final-year undergraduate students.

This is a significant academic activity, marking the growth in knowledge, research skills, and professional competence of students after their learning, experience, and training process at HSB. Hundreds of students confidently presented their research findings, applied projects, and innovative ideas before the specialized committee, which included experienced scientists, lecturers, and experts.

One of the prominent highlights of this year's defense season was the emergence of numerous projects developed with an innovative startup orientation, focusing on fields leading the development trends of the digital economy such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, digital transformation, data analytics, digital marketing, human resource management, business administration, and enterprise development.

Many topics demonstrated the ability to apply interdisciplinary knowledge and modern technology to solve practical problems, contributing to the creation of valuable solutions for businesses and the community.

In addition to applied projects, many HSB students have achieved remarkable accomplishments in scientific research activities, with their works published in prestigious national and international scientific journals.

These results not only reflect the students' serious research spirit and academic capabilities but also serve as clear evidence of the training quality, research capacity, and international standard academic environment that HSB is building.

Notably, students' confident defense of their research works in English is a result of the internationally oriented training process, which helps learners simultaneously develop specialized knowledge, foreign language proficiency, and the ability to work in a global environment.

The achievements continue to affirm HSB's position as the first public training institution in Vietnam to achieve QS 5 Stars accreditation, where students are equipped with a global mindset, research capabilities, an innovative spirit, and the ability to adapt to an international work environment.
