The Rector commits to “warranty” if students are criticized by businesses

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hoàng Đình Phi, Rector of Hanoi School of Business and Management, affirmed that the School will continue to accompany learners even after graduation.

"If any new bachelor is criticized by a business for one of the academic skills taught by the School, the lecturer of that department will 'warranty' it. For any unemployed student, the School will provide free job placement assistance."
Prof. Dr. Hoàng Đình Phi, Rector of Hanoi School of Business and Management

According to Prof. Dr. Hoàng Đình Phi, if businesses assess that alumni still lack necessary professional skills in areas such as marketing, communication, sales, finance, or accounting, the School will organize free supplementary training to ensure students meet the committed learning outcomes.

Lecturers will continue to accompany learners after graduation. Alumni can return to the School for professional support, knowledge updates, or send an email and will receive a response within 24 hours.

Prof. Dr. Hoàng Đình Phi believes that the rapid changes in the labor market compel educational institutions to continuously innovate their training methods.

In recent years, HSB has continuously updated its programs towards an interdisciplinary approach, enhancing the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in most modules. The School aims not only to equip students with specialized knowledge but also to develop their short-term, medium-term, and long-term thinking capabilities.

"Our faculty members will be consultants and companions for you in the early years of building your career."
Prof. Dr. Hoàng Đình Phi
