Admission Requirements
Academic Degree
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a Good or higher classification, or a published scientific work related to the field of study.
English Proficiency
English certificate at Level 3 or above on Vietnam's 6-level framework (Vstep B1, Aptis B1, IELTS 4.5+, TOEFL 42+, etc.)
Work Experience
Graduates from a relevant field are exempt. Graduates from other fields require 1 year of work experience.
Health & Background
Clear personal background, no disciplinary record, and in good health for study.

Application Review: Evaluation of academic records, language certificates, publications (if any), and recommendation letters (if any). (Minimum score: 60/100)
Round 2
Interview: In-person interview in Vietnamese/English. Assessment of study purpose, subject knowledge, and work experience and career goals. (Minimum score: 60/100)
Round 3
Final Selection: Candidates with a Round 2 total score of 60/100 or above are eligible. The admissions board ranks candidates from highest to lowest score until all seats are filled.

Note: Tuition fees are announced annually in the official admissions notice. Additionally, applicants must pay: an application fee of 150,000 VND and an admission/interview fee of 1,000,000 VND.
Scholarships
Programs offer scholarships ranging from 10% to 100% of tuition for eligible groups: HSB/VNU alumni, armed forces personnel, entrepreneurs, and family members of faculty and staff.
HSB-MBA
Master of Business Administration (HSB-MBA) — The program brings together leading domestic and international faculty and experts to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to address management challenges and identify business opportunities in the 21st century with a focus on sustainable development. It is HSB's oldest and most established MBA program, with over 30 years of history, and the only MBA program in Vietnam to earn ACQUIN accreditation — a European quality standard recognized by Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training.

Master of Non-Traditional Security Management (MNS) — Launched in 2014, the MNS program equips students with the knowledge necessary for organizational and business management, enhancing their ability to identify, strategize, plan, and respond effectively to 21st-century non-traditional security challenges.

Application Guide
Step 1
Prepare Documents: Graduation certificate and university transcripts / English proficiency certificate / National ID or Passport / Birth certificate / Other diplomas or certificates (if any)
Step 2
Online Registration: Access the HSB Form at forms.zohopublic.com/hsbvnu/…, complete your personal information, and select your desired Master's program.
Step 3
Submit Hard Copies: Prepare physical copies of all documents as instructed via email. Mail or deliver them directly to the POMO office within the application deadline.
Step 4
Pay Fees: Transfer the application fee and admission/interview fee totaling 1,150,000 VND as instructed via email.
Step 5
Await Results: HSB will notify each applicant of their results via email.
