Dr. Dzung Mai Viet is a lecturer and researcher at the Hanoi School of Business and Management, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He holds a Doctorate in Management and Sustainable Development from HSB, VNU and an MBA from ESADE Business School, Spain. With nearly two decades of international professional experience across education, consulting, and the energy sector, he has held senior roles in strategic planning, international business development, including assignments in Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia. His research focuses on human resource management, hybrid work, employee performance, and Generation Z, with publications in international journals and conferences. Fluent in Spanish,English and Vietnamese, he brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to both his teaching and research.
