Overview

Sustainable Human Resource and Talent Management is a strategic research area at HSB, focusing on talent management, organizational behavior, and leadership development — critical factors for building competitive Vietnamese organizations in the digital era.

The group also focuses on emerging challenges shaping the future of work, including hybrid work, AI applications in the workplace, job security, and the evolving expectations of Generation Z. Through interdisciplinary research, the group examines how organizations can respond to technological disruption, workforce transformation, and changing employment relationships, while developing innovative HR practices that strengthen resilience, employee well-being, and sustainable organizational performance.

This research area is undertaken by a specialized research group (at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi level), led by Associate Professor Thang Nguyen, with the participation of scholars from HSB, as well as international researchers from Austria and Australia.
