The Doctor in Management and Sustainable Development (DMS) is a training major in the field of interdisciplinary governance and sustainable development management.
DMS aims to train experts, lecturers and leaders with independent and creative research capabilities in solving complex governance issues associated with social responsibility and environmental protection, actively contributing to the planning and implementation of sustainable development policies and strategies at all levels from national, local to organizations and businesses.

Skills to Ask Questions, Investigate Problems/Risks/Threats
Evaluate and analyze the selection of tools, frameworks, analysis and surveys through an overview of scientific documents, software tools and technologies.
Reasoning Skills Through Independent Thinking
Reasoning, systematic thinking and skills to build theories and analytical frameworks to solve research problems and questions.
Skills in Processing Information and Documents for Analysis and Integration
Analyze and evaluate the data accordingly. Skills in writing in-depth scientific reports and articles in prestigious domestic and international journals.
Independent Work Skills
Develop independent individual working skills, self-learning and exploration, working with a plan according to the orientation and research plan of NCS.
Interaction/Leadership Skills
Develop the ability to interact professionally with scientists and colleagues, work towards the development and implementation of scientific ideas.
Communication and Relationship Establishment Skills
Skills in presenting complex scientific ideas and theses in a clear and effective manner for many groups of listeners and fluent in English.
