Internship 101 Week 2026: HSB Strengthens Industry Connections Through Onsite Recruitment Activities

As part of Internship 101 Week held on June 2nd, 2026, the School of Business and Management – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (HSB) organized a series of onsite recruitment activities, attracting the participation of leading corporations and dynamic startups from various industries.

The event not only provided students with valuable internship and employment opportunities, but also enabled companies to directly engage with and identify high-potential candidates within the university environment.

The program welcomed the participation of prominent organizations such as An Phat Holdings, Viettel, Novotel, MSB, UB Group, MateTech, Velaboost, CGV Telecom, TAJ MEDIA, Midu MenaQ7, Dinh Phong Company, and Phuong Bac Group.

The diversity of participating organizations — spanning finance, technology, media, telecommunications, hospitality, and services — offered HSB students a broad range of career pathways aligned with their academic backgrounds, personal strengths, and long-term professional aspirations.

Valuable Opportunities for Students and Employers

Through onsite interviews, employers were able to effectively assess candidates’ professional competencies, attitudes, and development potential while significantly streamlining recruitment processes.

For students, the event served as a valuable opportunity to experience real-world recruitment environments, strengthen employability skills, and directly demonstrate their capabilities to potential employers.

At the interview booths, HSB students demonstrated remarkable proactiveness and professionalism by preparing well-structured CVs and personal portfolios, confidently participating in face-to-face interviews, and actively researching companies and recruitment positions.

Many students received positive feedback on the spot, with several being invited to subsequent recruitment rounds or offered internship and probationary opportunities.

Bridging Academic Learning with Practical Experience

The onsite recruitment activities within Internship 101 Week clearly reflect HSB’s educational philosophy of closely integrating academic learning with practical experience.

By bringing employers directly into the university environment, HSB not only helps students gain early exposure to the labor market and strengthen their competitiveness, but also fosters a sustainable partnership ecosystem between academia and industry.

In today’s increasingly dynamic and competitive labor market, practical experiences such as these play a critical role in shaping students’ professional mindsets and developing their overall competencies.

Internship 101 Week therefore serves not only as a networking platform, but also as a meaningful stepping stone for HSB students to confidently embark on their professional journeys and create long-term value for themselves and society.
