HSB is committed to the pursuit and maintenance of internationally recognized accreditation standards, with active processes underway for both AACSB International and ACQUIN certification. Accreditation is not a one-time milestone but an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. HSB integrates accreditation criteria into its strategic planning, faculty development, and program review cycles, ensuring that quality assurance is embedded across all institutional activities.
Accreditation Standards & Criteria
AACSB International
Fewer than 6% of the world's business schools hold AACSB accreditation. HSB is actively pursuing this prestigious standard, which demands excellence in mission, faculty, curricula, and learner outcomes.
ACQUIN Certified
The Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute (ACQUIN), a German accreditation body, has certified HSB programs — marking a significant quality milestone for a Vietnamese business school.
National Accreditation
HSB programs are accredited under Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) standards and comply with VNU's internal quality assurance framework governing all member institutions.
Curricula Standards
Program curricula are benchmarked against international standards, integrating assurance of learning (AoL) processes that track student competency attainment and drive iterative program improvement.
Faculty Standards
Faculty qualifications, scholarly contributions, and professional engagement are documented and reviewed under internationally recognized frameworks for Scholarly Academic and Professionally Qualified designations.

Accreditation Milestones
HSB became one of the first business schools in Vietnam to receive ACQUIN program certification. The award ceremony marked a formal recognition of HSB's adherence to European quality assurance standards in higher education management.
HSB is actively engaged in the multi-year AACSB accreditation process, including initial membership, eligibility review, and alignment of institutional strategy, faculty portfolios, and assurance of learning systems with AACSB's 2020 Standards.
